King’s Creek continues to ensure that your safety and comfort remain our top priority. We are taking the following steps to ensure your well-being while on property.

Protective Germ Barriers – We utilize barriers in both the Aquatic Center and Clubhouse to protect our staff and guests.

Enhanced Cleaning Processes – We utilize enhanced cleaning processes to ensure the thorough cleaning and sanitizing of our guest units and regular sanitizing of frequently touched surfaces in the common areas. We are utilizing U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved disinfectant to clean all surfaces and equipment.

Healthy Hand Hygiene – Our staff adheres to healthy hygiene guidelines. We recommend you wash or sanitize your hands often, especially after visiting common areas (i.e. lobby, pool, playground, etc.).

In addition to the enhanced safety measures above, we have also made notable amenity changes:

Pool Towel Service – Pool towels will be available at the Aquatic Center front desk. The resort will provide (1) towel per person.

Note: To utilize the pools, you must either be a guest at the resort or be an owner residing at the resort. Owners can bring a group of up to 6 people. 

Sauna and Steam Rooms– Are OPEN.

Gym — OPEN 7am-10pm.

Toiletries and Cleaning Products – Upon arrival, the resort will provide a starter pack of supplies that will include soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and paper products. Due to the ongoing challenges with the supply chain, additional amenity packs are available at a charge of $20 per bag.

Additional Linen – King’s Creek does not provide a linen exchange during your stay.  Each unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for laundering of towels/linens.  If additional towel sets are needed they are available at a cost of $2.50 per set (bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth).
