Spring into fun! Throughout the month of April, experience all the excitement King’s Creek Plantation resort has to offer in the form of crafts, movies, and more. We pride ourselves on creating activities that ignite the senses and create lasting memories for our guests! From Easter egg hunts to line dancing and karaoke, we are ready for fun in the sun. This month’s resort activities will include:

If you’re always on the lookout for activities that are fun for parents and kids, you’re in luck! Join the folks at the Mariner’s Museum every Monday and learn how we are all connected to the world’s waters through storytime and a fun craft. Check out the adorable books that will be read each week! This program is perfect for kiddos ages 18 months to 8 years.
Joan Baez: Fare Thee Well Tour 2019

There are many wonderful performances going on at the Ferguson Center for the Arts this month, including a concert by Joan Baez on her final tour after six decades of producing landmark albums. If you’re a fan of her timeless music, don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to see one of her final performances!

You’ve probably seen Leslie Jones on Saturday Night Live and in movies like Ghostbusters and Trainwreck. Come out for an awesome night of laughs with this iconic, Emmy award-winning comedian—tickets are going fast!

Come celebrate Superhero Day dressed in your favorite superhero costume! A lot of superheroes will be here, including community heroes from the military as well as the police and fire departments. Face painting, games, treats and even some animals from Bluebird Gap Farm will celebrate the day with us!
Where: The Virginia Living Museum
When: Now through April 21, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Cost: $20 adults, $15 children ages 3-12
It’s 1607, and European settlers have just landed on the shores of Virginia to create the first permanent settlement.
